From first photo to finished space
A clear process with no surprises. You approve the design before anything is built.
Share Your Space
Send photos of your balcony, rooftop or terrace, tell us roughly how you'd like to use it, and let us know where you are. Photos matter more than descriptions — they show us the light, the proportions and the constraints all at once.
Initial Consultation
A designer goes through your space with you and asks the questions that actually change the outcome: how many people need to sit, when you use the space, what's not working now. This first consultation is free.
Receive Your Concept
We come back with a direction — layout, materials, planting and lighting — sized to your space and your priorities. If you'd prefer a custom 3D visualisation rather than working from our existing design directions, we'll tell you what that involves first.
Review and Approve
You ask for changes until it's right. Nothing gets ordered or built before you're happy. This is the stage where it's cheap to change your mind, so we'd rather you used it properly.
Planning and Material Selection
We confirm materials, finalise quantities and schedule the work. You'll know the timeline before anything starts, and we'll flag early if anything shifts.
Transformation and Installation
Our own team handles delivery, carpentry, planting, lighting and installation. One team, so nothing falls between contractors.
Final Handover
We style the finished space, walk you through how to look after the planting, and stay reachable afterwards. If you want seasonal maintenance, we offer it — but it's optional.
